Registration

No. Register using your own USAA number. If you don't know yours, contact us and we'll look it up for you.

We use your phone number or email to provide you more convenient online service. We use them to:

  • Send you a registration link.
  • Help you reset your password.
  • Send you important information.

Be sure you're not entering extra zeroes or spaces at the beginning, and don't enter any letters. If you're still having trouble, contact us.

Make sure you're providing the Social Security number or tax ID associated with your own USAA number. Each family member or dependent has a unique USAA number.

Passwords

Make sure you're following the password rules:

  • Be 8 to 12 characters in length.
  • Contain a lowercase letter.
  • Contain an uppercase letter.
  • Contain a number.

No. Don’t share your password with anyone. Each family member should register using their own USAA number and use their own Online ID and password.
