Once you've protected your phone, here’s how you’ll repair or replace it if something happens.

    Start a claim or request online with your cell phone protection provider.

  2. Pay a service charge.

    Make a one-time payment between $49 and $199.

  3. Repair or replace your phone.

    Depending on your plan, you can take your phone to a repair shop close by or get a replacement shipped to you.
