Available formats include, online, paper, large print, Braille, and screen reader.
From the "My Documents" page, select "Manage Paperless." Next, toggle on "Paperless for all documents" to receive all documents paperless.
From the "My Documents" page, select "Manage Paperless." Next, toggle off "Paperless for all documents" off to receive paper for all documents.
In this category, you'll find your user agreement and other important communication about this service. You'll also find courtesy copies of any documents you've requested, excluding requests for screen-reader compatible documents, if applicable.
To view documents beyond 18 months, click the Filter option and extend the Delivery date range to the timeframe needed.
Your documents are automatically sorted by delivery date, with any screen-reader compatible items on top. To make a change:
- Mobile: Click the Filter option and select the desired Sort by method.
- USAA.com: Click the arrows alongside the column headers to sort in ascending or descending order.
Your document availability timeline varies for each document. It is good practice to save or print important documents for your records. Select download to save it to your personal computer. To print or download, navigate to the Menu icon after viewing the document.
We may be able to research and retrieve expired documents. In some cases, we might be able to retrieve an expired document, although there may be a fee. Call us at 877-632-3002 for help.
Alternative format documents
The alternative formats are:
- Large print: Paper document that is in a simplified format with all text in 18-point font.
- Braille: Paper document that meets Braille Grade 2 standards.
- Screen-reader format: Electronic PDF or UA that allows the use of assistive technology to navigate and listen to the content of a document.
