Sending documents on the USAA Mobile App is easy.
First, find and tap your initials. They're in the upper right corner of your screen.
Then, select “Inbox.”
From there, you can choose “Send documents to USAA.”
Tap “Upload new documents.”
Then, add a file.
You can take photos of your documents or upload them from your device.
Choose where your documents are going. If you can't find the exact place they need to go to, select the option that best fits.
Once you're done adding all your documents, tap “Send.”
