If you're having trouble making your monthly mortgage payment, a representative can help you understand what kind of relief you may qualify for.

You may be asked to discuss the following information depending on the type of assistance you qualify for:

  • Your intentions to keep or sell the home
  • Details of your hardship
  • Income and expense information for you and all co-borrowers
  • Status of the property and lien information
  • Property tax and homeowners insurance information

Homeownership counseling may be available through HUD-approved nonprofit organizations.
