RepairPal FAQ
The shop must complete a technical assessment covering all areas of the repair process.
This starts with a thorough review of the technicians, including their experience, tenure, training and industry certifications. It also looks at the quality of the shop's tools, equipment and parts.
The shop is required to submit documentation that backs up every section of the assessment.
Finally, RepairPal ensures each shop maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and warranties each repair for at least 12 months.
Since 2008, RepairPal has provided Fair Price Estimates to millions of users. Master ASE Certified mechanics use manufacturer and aftermarket parts, labor guides and expert input to develop repair estimates.
RepairPal-certified shops and dealers honor their estimates, which also include national averages and costs in your area. If the repair costs exceed the estimate, you'll receive a refund for the difference.
