RepairPal helps you get quality car repairs at the best prices. The RepairPal Certified Network consists of more than 3,800 shops nationwide that have undergone a rigorous certification process.

Through this process, RepairPal guarantees‍ ‍ See note 1 these shops are expertly staffed, trained in the latest technologies, use high-quality tools and parts, and offer warranties for their work.

What issues does it tackle?

While RepairPal shops don't specialize in body or maintenance work, they can diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues based on your car's make and model.

Best-in-class warranties

At a minimum, all certified shops offer 1-year, 12,000-mile service warranties. However, some go above and beyond with 2-year, 24,000-mile and up to 3-year, 36,000-mile warranties.

RepairPal FAQ

The shop must complete a technical assessment covering all areas of the repair process.

This starts with a thorough review of the technicians, including their experience, tenure, training and industry certifications. It also looks at the quality of the shop's tools, equipment and parts.

The shop is required to submit documentation that backs up every section of the assessment.

Finally, RepairPal ensures each shop maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and warranties each repair for at least 12 months.

Since 2008, RepairPal has provided Fair Price Estimates to millions of users. Master ASE Certified mechanics use manufacturer and aftermarket parts, labor guides and expert input to develop repair estimates.

RepairPal-certified shops and dealers honor their estimates, which also include national averages and costs in your area. If the repair costs exceed the estimate, you'll receive a refund for the difference.
