Software Needed
A device needs the Citrix Workspace and Zoom Universal Installer applications to connect to the USAA virtual environment.
- Citrix needs to be installed first before installing the Zoom Universal installer, the HDX plugin for Zoom.
- During the installation process, ensure there is no active Citrix session running.
- If the Citrix Workspace (Citrix Receiver) is ever updated by your admin, ensure they re-install the Zoom Universal Installer so that the Zoom HDX Plugin is refreshed.
- Follow the detailed instructions in the setup guide.

- Run as Administrator.
