The shop must complete a technical assessment covering all areas of the repair process. This starts with a thorough review of the technicians, including their experience, tenure, training and industry certifications. It also looks at the quality of the shop's tools, equipment and parts. The shop is required to submit documentation that backs up every section of the assessment. Finally, RepairPal ensures each shop maintains high customer satisfaction ratings and warranties each repair for at least 12 months.
