New Jersey Personal Injury Insurance Claims
Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 11:3-4.7, USAA must make available for medical providers and insured claimants its Decision Point Review and Pre-certification Plan on the World Wide Web. Medical providers and insured claimants can obtain this informational material by downloading the document here.
By Order of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, Order No. A17-103, effective April 17, 2017, providers must submit all decision point review and Pre-certification requests on the uniform Attending Provider Treatment Plan form for requests related to insured claimant's NJ Personal Injury Protection benefits.
All Decision Point Review and Pre-certification requests are to be submitted to USAA's vendor, Auto Injury Solutions, who administers USAA's NJ Decision Point Review and Pre-certification program.
