Corporate Responsibility

Our purpose is to lead and inspire actions that improve lives in the military and our local communities.

Our signature causes

Military Family Resilience

We want to help service members, veterans and their families get the skills and resources they need to endure and grow through life’s challenges.

Strengthening Local Communities

Being a good corporate citizen is about making our communities better places to live. That’s why we address needs in communities where our employees live and work.

Where we focus our efforts

To fulfill our purpose, we concentrate on four key areas.

Mental Health and Well-Being

We improve resilience through equitable access to mental health and well-being resources for the military community.

Economic Mobility

We invest in underserved communities to equip people with the skills and tools to improve financial opportunity.

Basic Needs

We build resilient communities and overcome challenges related to housing, food security and natural disasters.

Employee Engagement

We empower our employees to be change makers in their communities through donations and volunteer work.

Veteran suicide prevention

On June 29, 2023, we launched Face the Fight™. It’s an initiative to raise awareness and support for veteran suicide prevention.

Philanthropic grants

We support organizations that align with our focus areas. Our grant process is by invitation only. We engage with a limited number of nonprofits to maximize impact.

Employee volunteering and giving

You may not be eligible for grants, but we’d still love to help. Register with us on Benevity to post volunteer opportunities and receive donations from our employees with a corporate match.

Each year, we give all our employees up to 16 paid volunteer hours and a one-to-one match on their first $1,000 in donations.
