ProtectCELL doesn't repair phones. They'll replace your phone with a certified refurbished phone.
You can start the process online, but you must complete it over the phone.
You can submit proof of purchase when you purchase your plan or when you request replacement of your phone.
You should receive your replacement phone within two days. Overnight shipping is available in most locations for an extra charge.
ProtectCELL will extend your protection plan to include the certified refurbished replacement.
If you upgrade or get a new phone, protection will transfer once you submit proof of purchase.

Note 1 Percentage savings as compared to 2023 pricing of comparable ProtectCELL plan without the discount.

Note 2 Immediate coverage for undamaged phones purchased same day mobile phone protection plan purchased. Protection Plan for undamaged phone may be purchased for up to 12 months after the purchase of the phone. There is a 30 day waiting period for phones owned prior to the day the protection plan is purchased

Note 3 For two year plans paid in full at the time the plan is purchased, cost equates to $7.09 per month. Plans paid for monthly are $9.25 per month.
