In the mobile app you can log on with just your PIN. We generate a one-time security code that gets automatically added to your PIN each time you log on. See note 1
In the mobile app, depending on the type of device you have, you can use your face ID or fingerprint to log on. Learn about biometric logons.
On a trusted device, you only need to enter your password or PIN. When you use a browser we don’t recognize, we'll prompt you with an extra security measure.
Yes. If you don't have your mobile phone, we can send you a code by email if you have one connected to your account. If you don’t have access to your token, select “I need help logging on” and follow the directions.
If you can’t remember your password or PIN:
If you don’t have your mobile phone, select “I need more options.” Then follow the directions.
If you still need help, call 800-531-USAA (8722).
For stronger protection, we recommend you enable the email and text message options and disable the verification question options on My Profile and Preferences.
