Membership FAQ

Yes, creating a member account with USAA is free. Once you're a member, you may enroll for USAA products and services.

First, you'll need to join USAA. Once we've determined your eligibility and you become a member, we'll recommend products and services for you.

If you've established membership, there's good chance your children and spouse are also eligible.

You could be eligible if your grandparent established membership and shared it with your parent, who can then share it with you.
